Who am I?
Helping people was an important area for me from an early age. At the age of 12, I knew that this would be my thing.
In search of ways to turn this wish into reality, I took countless seminars and worked on my own personality for almost 3 decades. Further, I also completed an education to become a certified mental coach in 2014.
Building up my self-confidence was a process. And it started with a decision.
I quickly started to enjoy my new personality and it did open me a lot of door that would otherwise be shut. I started to understand the power of perception and the correlation between my actions and the outcome. Self-confidence gives me a strong foundation to pursue my goals and to get recognized as someone to trust.
The ‘inner part’ of self-confidence is the most powerful one in the long run. Knowing my values and standing up to them is crucial for me. They define my personality. They make me who I am.
It is said that coaching takes place outside the comfort zone. Inner growth is often a result of difficult situations that have been overcome. Falling down is part of it, the question is rather, when will I get up again? Have I learned something new and have I become stronger as a result.
I am happy to share my knowledge and support people who are willing to improve their lives.
