Who am I?
Helping people has mattered to me from an early age. By 12, I knew it was my calling.
In search of ways to make this happen, I took countless seminars and worked on my own personality for nearly three decades. In 2014, I became a certified mental coach.
Building my self-confidence was a process, and it started with a decision. I soon began to enjoy my new personality, and it opened doors that would otherwise have stayed shut. I came to understand the power of perception and the link between my actions and their outcomes. Self-confidence gives me a strong foundation to pursue my goals and to be seen as someone to trust.
The "inner part" of self-confidence is the most powerful in the long run. Knowing my values and standing by them is crucial—they define who I am.
Coaching, they say, takes place outside the comfort zone. Inner growth often comes from overcoming difficult situations. Falling is part of it; the real question is how quickly I get back up, and whether I've learned something and grown stronger.
I'm happy to share my knowledge and support people who are willing to improve their lives.
