Workshop-Content
In this practical job interview workshop, participants noticeably and sustainably boost their self-confidence—as measured on their personal self-confidence scale. The goal is not only to impart knowledge, but also to facilitate genuine emotional change and help participants experience a sense of confidence firsthand.
Through intensive training, realistic role-playing exercises, and targeted feedback, we transform interviews from an unfamiliar, stressful situation into a familiar stage for participants to showcase their performance. Participants prepare for a wide variety of questions, gain clarity about the impression they make, and look forward to demonstrating their skills.
Following the “learning by doing” principle, the necessary theory is immediately followed by practical application: practice, experiment, reflect, and refine. This creates lasting confidence—and the courage to step forward.
Participants leave the seminar feeling empowered, prepared, and motivated—ready to act with confidence when it counts and achieve their goals.

Hello, I’m Carola Höntzsch, an adult education instructor and lecturer living in Männedorf. I’ve been training prospective teachers for more than 20 years and teach the modules that lead to the Swiss Federal Certificate in Training.
It is important to me to empower people to realize their potential and to present themselves confidently and persuasively in job interviews so that they can land the job they want.
